Precision measurements of neutrino properties as probes for new physics beyond the current Standard Model. Next generation Water Cherenkov and Liquid Scintillator based detectors with the scalability, sensitivity, and resolutions necessary for discovery. Accelerator Neutrino Neutron Interaction Experiment (ANNIE), aimed at answering physics and technological questions relevant to future long baseline experiments. Large-Area Picosecond Photo-Detectors (LAPPD), a novel photodetector technology.
